Amish Pumpkin Bread
3 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 large eggs, beaten
1 pound canned pumpkin
3 ½ c flour
2/3 c water
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
½ tsp ground cloves
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp cinnamon
Mix sugar, beaten eggs and oil. In separate bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to egg mix and stir well. Add the pumpkin. Stir well. Add water and stir until mixed. Pour mix into two greased 9 by 5 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
